Aches and pains are no fun and they can show up in any of the levels
within the body -- emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
Adults and children are walking around with debilitating diseases such as cancer, heart
disease, stroke, kidney failure, and more. What if symptoms were addressed
at the root instead of put off or ignored? Could these diseases be diffused, even
avoided altogether? Many testimonies validate that this can actually
happen. Miseries associated with these conditions can be addressed and
often reversed by giving the body what it needs.
You are a complex being with many parts, and your health is determined by
conditions such as the genes you've inherited, your belief system, lifestyle
choices, environmental toxins, surgeries, emotional issues, and even dental
work you may have had done in your mouth. As a whole health practitioner,
Sherri Lund considers all of these factors and more when she designs a
program for her clients and educates her clients in how to take a more active part in their health. As you practice
building your health and incorporate life-strengthening practices into your day,
you provide the tools you body can use to heal itself.

What is your approach?
The services and products used at Bridge to Better
Health are chosen because they work with the natural systems and rhythms
of the body, encouraging the body to recover its natural balance and state of
health.
Our approach is:
1. Consider the whole person.
This is the most important point. Our clients are first individuals with a desire to have improved health.
Why they feel a certain way can be caused from a number of reasons.
2. Approach the issue from multiple angles.
In Western thinking, we can get focused on a problem area we want
to get fast relief. However, this approach does not lead to
long-term resolution. In order
to completely deal with today's complex health issues, our methods need to be different.
Most chronic health issues are a complex web, interweaving
physical, mental, energetic, and emotional aspects of our being. In
our experience, when we try to just work with nutrition or
supplementation, we can only get so far. Eventually the client gets
frustrated. When a client is willing to apply principles that
support the body from multiple angles, we see the body respond
faster and the client is surprised to reach a higher level of
health.
Sherri has found that approaching a condition through multiple angles can bring
better results in a reduced period of time. She draws on her experience and
training to support the whole body with nutrition and supplementation, while
addressing
negative emotions and stress, and clearing environmental toxins.
3. Focus on the cause, not the symptoms.
Your body deals with internal and external stressors all the
time. But when things start to pile up and get out of balance, the
body will attempt to communicate with us through a set of symptoms.
At Bridge to Better Health, we utilize comprehensive techniques that may uncover stressors that
are affecting and hindering your health. Our services focus on prevention as
well as education – helping you create a healthy lifestyle. Sherri
does not treat symptoms but uses techniques that help pinpoint
underlying
causes that may be creating depressed levels of health, and then gives recommendations on ways to help bring balance to
your body through diet, lifestyle practices, and therapeutic use of
supplements.
4. Have a Systematic Plan
While each person is unique, Sherri follows a systematic plan as
she considers a person and their health challenges. For example,
when addressing a physical condition, nutritional supplements may
only be part of the solution. Additional things to consider are past
scar and trauma sites, the person's body constitution, and how the
nerve and energy flow is functioning.
Some people are in an environment that can slow or hinder their
recovery so that even the best of nutritional plans may not work.
The environment may be toxic with chemicals, pesticides, EMFs, or a
stressful relationship. In these types of cases, actually in most
cases, these negative, toxic stressors must be addressed before
vibrant health can be realized. Sherri utilizes her training to
provide support and guidance in these areas.
5. Provide Quality Products
If you don't like the symptoms you've got,
something needs to change or they won't go away! It only makes
sense that adjustments need to be made. Most of our appointments include
a list of recommendations that include nutritional supplements, health-building
foods, and supplies. For your convenience, most of the products Sherri Lund recommends
are available at her office.
We look for ways to accomplish rapid recovery with the most effective
products known at this
time.
