Sherri Lund recommends supporting emotional health during a health
recovery program. Discover why by visiting the
Emotions and
Health page.
The focus of Bridge to Better Health, LLC is to help individuals experience
freedom by using natural and holistic modalities, promoting health physically,
emotionally, and environmentally.
Aches and pains are no fun and they can show up in any of the levels
within the body -- emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
Adults and children are walking around with debilitating diseases such as cancer, heart
disease, stroke, kidney failure, and more. What if symptoms were addressed
at the root instead of put off or ignored? Could these diseases be diffused, even
avoided altogether? Many testimonies validate that this can actually
happen. Miseries associated with these conditions can be addressed and
often reversed by giving the body what it needs.
You are a complex being with many parts, and your health is determined by
conditions such as the genes you've inherited, your belief system, lifestyle
choices, environmental toxins, surgeries, emotional issues, and even dental
work you may have had done in your mouth. As a whole health practitioner,
Sherri Lund considers all of these factors and more when she designs a
program for her clients and educates her clients in how to take a more active part in their health. As you practice
building your health and incorporate life-strengthening practices into your day,
you provide the tools you body can use to heal itself.

What is your approach?
Give the body what it needs
It is amazing how the body responds when we give
it what it needs. When we neglect our health for whatever reason, it
creates stress and, given time, it will manifest this stress in a
physical way. How much time seems determined by our genes, our
environment, our emotional health, and our lifestyle. Stress is also
created by conditions within our body such as imbalanced sugar or
hormones, infection, inflammation, and even too little or too much
water.
The services and products used at Bridge to Better
Health are chosen with you in mind. People come to this office
feeling less than their best and they want to make the most of the life
they’ve been given. Sherri enjoys working with people who want to
take an active role in making their life healthier and happier. Her
intent is to provide exceptional service and high quality natural
products so you can live and play to your highest potential.

Approach the Issue in a Broad Way
Today's health issues are often webbed together, creating a complex set
of symptoms, and it may not be realistic to expect a simple solution.
Because of her training and research, Sherri can approach an issue
through a number of ways and each one is important. Some people prefer
to start with nutrition while others choose an emotional route. Most people
are unaware of how their environment can play a part in their issue.
In Western thinking, we can get focused on one area to get relief. In order
to deal with today's complex health issues, our methods need to be different.
Sherri has found that approaching a condition through multiple angles can bring
better results in a shorter period of time. She draws on her experience and
training to support the whole body with nutrition and supplementation, releasing
negative emotions and stress, and clearing environmental toxins.
While Sherri respects the client's choice in modality, she may make
recommendations to the client to broaden their perspective as it pertains to
their situation.

Focus on the Cause not the Symptoms
Sherri Lund continues to look for ways to increase her understanding.
The modalities she uses in this practice are safe, effective,
non-invasive and non-toxic. They are comprehensive techniques that may
uncover stressors that affect and hinder your health. Her services focus
on prevention as well as education – helping you create a healthy
lifestyle. Sherri does not treat symptoms but uses techniques that
help pinpoint root causes, and then gives suggestions on ways to help
bring balance to your body.

Have a Systematic Plan
In keeping with the type of consultation the client wants, Sherri follows a systematic plan,
adapting it as needed to each
individual situation, all the while trying to get to the root of an
issue.
For a physical condition, for example, addressing nutritional deficiencies is
only part of the equation. Some additional things to consider are scars and
trauma sites on the body, how the nerve and energy flows within the body, and
the constitution of the person.
Some people are living in an environment that can hinder their recovery, even
with the best nutritional supplements. In cases like this, we can clearly see
how the physical body is intricately related to the environment and, once the
environmental conditions are addressed, a person's physical health often
improves.
Emotions play a big part in healing, too. In dealing with clients on health
issues, for example, we may be dealing with a chronic condition and reach a
place where things seem to stop progressing. In situations like these, Sherri
will oftentimes find that it is an unresolved emotional issue that is impeding
progress.
Through her training and experience, Sherri is able to make recommendations
so that a person can continue on their health journey.

Consider the Whole Person
This point is so important.
You have read research stating that stress is the
basis for more than 85% of our illnesses. Where does your stress come
from? It can
come from a number of places and then manifest as symptoms in your
body. This stress can be emotional or mental, but it can also be from
imbalances within the body such as inflammation levels, gut issues,
imbalanced hormones, and sugar imbalances.
When you have a health evaluation, it is crucial that all aspects of
your life be considered – areas including diet, exercise, mental and
emotional stress, and more.
