Welcome to the website of Bridge to Better Health and Thermography of Houston. My name is Sherri Lund and I am the primary health practitioner in our facility. Whether you are looking to reclaim or maintain your health or the health of someone you care for, our desire is to provide you with information, services and products that help you in your search.

The Quest for Ideal Health

To reach a state of optimal health, most people must first overcome their chronic health problems, such as joint stiffness, muscle aches, mood swings and hormone imbalances, asthma, allergies, headaches, insomnia, high blood pressure, and all the "itises" such as arthritis, cystitis, hepatitis, sinusitis, diverticullitis, etc.

According to the US National Center for Health Statistics, a chronic illness is one lasting 3 months or more, and in 2000, according to the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, more than 1 out of 2 Americans were labeled as chronically ill. Right now in America, the land of opportunity, a lot of sick people are looking for a way to feel better.

Bridge to Better Health, located in Houston, Texas, is established upon proven and tested modalities that have been used for years by naturopathic doctors and practitioners around the world. These men and women helped their clients rebalance their bodies and find their way to wellness. My goal is to help improve my client's health and family life by providing consultations that address physical, emotional, and environmental issues. I enjoy working with people who want to make make the most of their life.

What Services are Offered?

Bridge to Better Health is a holistic practice, offering services for your physical, emotional, and environmental health. We offer safe, pain-free, non-invasive and effective modalities that include Quantum Reflex Analysis, Medical Thermography, Nutritional Consultations, Emotional Freedom Technique, Iridology, and Sclerology. I also help clients struggling with hormonal issues. Saliva tests and blood work can pinpoint imbalances within the body and I often recommend natural health-supporting products such as herbs, vitamins, minerals, aromatherapy, and products that promote cleansing and detoxification.
